Going to go to a party, or want to know how to look good for prom? For the princess in you, we have come up with a few chosen Disney princesses looks. Pick these looks and we would guarantee that the Mirror would take your name when someone asks “Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?”
Snow White
We came up with a subtle makeup for the simple and sweet princess in you. While white eye-liner is slowly becoming the norm, white eye-shadow is still not prevalently used. We would recommend you to pair up white eye-shadow with a flick of color. Try and highlight only the corners instead of running the eyeliner along the entirety of your lower lash line. What else but a flick of blue that would bring seven dwarfs to your yard?
Cinderella
Pumpkin for a ride, mice as horses and glass slippers and glitter in eyes that would make you unrecognizable. Why not add a bit of glitter to your eyes with this look for a true transformation?
Start off with a concealer in pale followed by a primer to set base for applying the eye-shadow. Use a pale blue eye-shadow, pair it up with dark mascara and add false lashes on your lower lashes. Add a bit of glitter to finish this look.
Aurora
The queen needs to shine even when asleep. This Aurora inspired make-up is for those of you who wants to bring a bit of life’s drama to their look. This beautiful pink eye-shadow on the upper lash, with shades of white towards the center of your eyelid gives a softer look. The dark eyeliner is in contrast, bringing some much needed drama. Add a bit of yellow to your lower lash line and add a dash of white liner to complete this look.
Ariel
The shades so bright, anyone would be lost in the sea of your eyes. Geddit? Although mermaid shades can range from soft peaches to turquoise shades, we choose to go mysterious while recreating Ariel.
Start with a primer and choose a deeper mauve while applying eye-shadow across the outer V of your eye. Add a bit of lavender in the middle of your eye. We chose to shimmer it up for more drama. Blend it while lightening the colors towards the lower V of your eye. Add a dash of turquoise liner to the lower lash line if you want to take the drama quotient up a bit and to look like the true princess of Atlantica.
Mulan
It’s giving strength, it’s giving courage just like Mulan. Why choose the regular black smokey eyes, when you can bring out the bold side of you and choose something that is different than the norm but is truly you?
We are digging this ruby red eye-shadow with a hint of glitter on the center of the lids, with darker matte shade towards the corner of the eyes. Be fearless, be like Mulan!
Pocahontas
We went OG because what better than cat eyes to nail this look? Start with cleansing, toning and moisturizing the area around your eyes for preparing. Use an eye-cream or a primer if you have dark circles around your eyes. After applying primer, pick an eye-liner to get started. Our personal favorite is liquid eye-liner. If you favor a gel eye-liner, use an angled brush for it. Start off with smaller strokes among the upper lash line, increasing the thickness as you go. To get a perfect cat-eye, make your flick along an imaginary extended line running along the lower lash-line of your eyes. Add a bright blue color at the lower lash to make this look come alive!
Tiana
Frog prince or not, we love a little green around, don’t we? To get this look, start off with a primer on your eyelids to make the colors look more vibrant and also to ensure they last without creasing. Pick a darker shade of green for the corner of your eyes and the outer circle. Blend it with the next shade as you move along. Add a bit of shimmer. You can dab it with your fingers on the top of your eyelid. For this look, there are two glitter shades; green and golden. Gold can be used in the inner corner of the eyes, while green is most suitable for the middle portion. Add a bit of liner and mascara to have your eyes pop-out.
