Apply daily to cleansed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Shake well. Dispense into palm of hand and apply evenly across face and neck using upward strokes.

Firstly, remove the cap and pump. Note! Although the pump is made of recyclable materials, this part is non-recyclable as it is unable to be disassembled.
